Production

The plant is equipped with modern laboratory equipment complex which allows to conduct input quality control of raw materials, develop recipes under specific customer requirements and control the quality of the final product.

Production lines are equipped with modern multicomponent dosing equipment which makes it possible to produce multi-layer sheet plastic of complex formulation in accordance with the requirements of the customer.

The equipment allows to produce a wide range of products in terms of thickness and dimensions: thickness from 0.48 to 20 mm, width from 400 mm to 2200 mm.

The use of equipment from world-known manufacturers provides control automation and following the basic parameters of the extrusion process.

Own storage areas of allow storing more than 500 tons of products of various assortments and ensure the most rapid shipment of material to the client.
